Made in the USA, the 87274 includes a 2” bung fitting paired with a Viton® gasket. Viton gaskets are especially suited for environments with high heat. If you’re handling dense oils and fuels, Viton gaskets offer better performance. Though more costly than EPDM gaskets, the 330 Gallon New IBC Tote’s Viton gasket is well known for its durability, which is strong enough to operate in aerospace applications.
With a UN 31 HA1/Y1.2 UN rating, the 87274 is also equipped with a ball valve. The ball valve feature activates the IBC tote’s controlled pouring function. Ball valves offer a durable flow control, providing users with an extensive service life. Its accompanying 6” top cap seals the ball valve from any potential leakage. Pairing the gasket, valve, and cap, the 330-Gallon New IBC Tote has a tamper evident seal.
