This US made 330-Gallon new tote with 6” cap and 2” ball valve on a plastic pallet is an ideal packaging option for safely storing and transporting bulk quantities of chemicals, solvents, pharmaceuticals, food products, powders, and liquids.

Pipeline Packaging’s Gallon Tote consists of an industrial grade reusable container, protective wire caging, and a plastic pallet base. They come equipped with 2” ball valves, which are renowned for occupying minimal space while still having a resistance to higher pressures and temperatures and are known for their efficient open and close operation. The packaging system also includes a gas filtration system using a 6” vented cap, and when paired with the 2” ball valve, it makes the Gallon tote leakproof. In addition to these features, this product comes with a santopreme gasket. Santopreme is a thermoplastic whose polymers grant significant flexibility, making it an excellent addition to this 330-Gallon tote.

Constructed with a square build, the 330-Gallon New Tote has an evenly distributed weight, increasing the system’s stamina whether in storage or in transport. Not only does its shape offer sturdiness, but the added layer of cage wiring creates stability for the container and substances inside. The Gallon Tote sits on a plastic pallet bed, which reduces the product’s overall weight, and provides easy stacking and forklift capabilities.

With a UN31HA1/Y/USA UN rating, the 87130 comes in a natural opaque color, which comes at a lower cost than other colored plastics like black or blue.
