Pipeline's closed head Un Rated, 1A1/Y1.8/100, 3.5-Gallon Black Tight Head Steel Pail features Buff Epoxy Phenolic lining. The 2 1/8" screw cap impedes leakage and spills. This 3.5-Gallon tight head pail weighs 4.25 lbs. and its built-in galvanized handle allows for easy handling. This pail is Made in the USA with the Triplex Technology®. By design, tight head pails are chosen for their strength and durability that are excellent for stacking for optimal storage and transportation.

The Triplex Technology® gives the top and bottom seams a stronger, safer triple-seam. This seam has 7 layers of steel versus 5 layers by adding 2 additional wraps of steel. With the use of a new computer-controlled feedback loop welder, the Triplex® weld seam is smoother for a superior exterior look and reduces sharp burrs of the interior lining.

The Buff Epoxy Phenolic lining provides outstanding chemical resistance for products with a pH range of 7.0-9.0 (alkaline). Used to package alkaline products, non-phosphate detergents, emulsions, foods, coatings for construction coatings, surfactants, and water-based resins.
