Our open head 55-Gallon Black Steel Drum featuring a phenolic lined interior comes with 2" and 3/4" fittings with a poly irradiated gasket and is UN Rated. The open head drums come with a removable black top with an EPDM 12 gauge bolt ring. The phenolic lining provides a chemical barrier between your product and the drum.
This cold-rolled steel drum is made in the USA. The 3 hoop construction creates horizontal creases in the steel which reinforce the strength of the container and increase rigidity. Open head steel drums are extremely durable and used for heavy-duty packages for storage and transportation.
