Manufactured from FDA-approved high-density polyethylene (HDPE), this liner delivers excellent durability and superior resistance to many solvents compared to LDPE alternatives. Its smooth, one-piece construction helps protect both your product and the outer pail while simplifying cleanup and changeovers.

Engineered for a secure fit, the contoured lip snaps over the top bead of the pail to create a tight seal that helps prevent leakage between the liner and the pail wall. With an average thickness of 15 mil, this insert provides added rigidity and puncture resistance, making it suitable for demanding filling, storage, and transport applications where product integrity is critical.

This HDPE pail liner weighs approximately 4 oz and measures 11.25 inches in diameter (with a 2.7° taper) and 13.5 inches in height, offering a precise fit for common 5-gallon plastic pail dimensions.
