This 5-Gallon Gray Tight Head Steel Pail is a top choice for its solid construction, durability, and strength. Made from robust 24 gauge steel, this pail is optimized for stacking and is excellent for transporting materials.

The pail boasts Triplex Technology® which strengthens the top and bottom seams through a unique triple-seam design, incorporating 7 layers of steel compared to the usual 5. This enhancement is achieved using a state-of-the-art, computer-controlled feedback loop welder, producing a smoother Triplex® weld seam. This not only improves the exterior appearance but also minimizes sharp interior burrs.

While the rust inhibitor lining is designed to slow rust formation, it is not intended as a protective barrier. These steel pails are commonly used for storing and transporting chemicals, paints, coatings, adhesives, lubricants, sealers, construction materials, and oils.
