The 3.5 - 6 Gallon White HDPE Life Latch Pail Cover with American Flange is a secure, UN-rated (1H2/Y30/S & 1H2/Y1.5/30) solution for sealing plastic pails. This threaded pail lid features a lever lock design and American Flange Plastic 38mm spout, providing an airtight, tamper-evident seal. Manufactured in the USA from FDA-compliant high-density polyethylene (HDPE) using injection molding, this durable lid ensures long-lasting performance for various applications.

Designed for 3.5 to 6.5-gallon pails (sold separately), this lid is ideal for swimming pool chemicals, powders, granules, and other solid materials, offering superior protection against contamination and leaks. The Life Latch system secures the contents after the initial opening, while the thumb-push mechanism allows for easy, tool-free access. With a minimum wall thickness of .090”, this cover is built for industrial, commercial, and household use.

The lid has an outside diameter of 12.47” at the top and 13.07” at the bottom, a height of 2 inches, and weighs 1.57 lbs (614g). Standard colors include White, Red 186, and Blue 300, with custom colors available upon request. It is sold in cases of 20 with 240 per pallet.
