Their products are sold in most major hardware stores as well as lawn and garden centers, which was part of their packaging challenge.

Tink’s has been “America’s #1 buck lure” for over 40 years. The Pocketshot was a new product to be launched once the right packaging could be found. Tink’s wanted a compact size small enough to keep in a pocket for quick access. The trick was to find a user-friendly way to secure the bottle from falling out of the hunters’ pockets – especially when they could be 30-40 feet up in a tree!
Located near the Great Lakes, our customer manufactures marine grade epoxies for use worldwide in boat building and repair, architectural restoration and high-tech aircraft. Pipeline was invited in the summer of 2011 to walk through their plant with the plant manager.
Our customer, the largest manufacturer of topical analgesics in the US, faced significant competition in the sunscreen market. They planned to re-launch one of their primary line of products, but wanted a custom bottle. It would need to stand out from other packaging as well as communicate the unique qualities of their combined water-repellent sunscreen and insect deterrent.
